  • Ashland's Hensley no-hits Boyd County

Thanks to more dazzling pitching from Megan Hensley, Dave Miller’s last trip to Cannonsburg as Ashland’s softball coach became a golden memory.

  • UK fans swarm Wearhouse to meet Randle

One young fan estimated Julius Randle’s height at 11 feet.
Her kid sister chimed in with another description: “Freakishly tall!” said 8-year-old Hailey Stevens.
Brooklyn Stevens was only four feet and three inches off, but the 6-9 power forward is larger than life to plenty of Kentucky fans.
A showing of approximately 200 people provided proof of that on Thursday evening at Wildcat Wearhouse. The first few on the scene arrived at 2 p.m., 4 1/2 hours prior to Randle pulling into the parking lot.
